Terms and Conditions.

1, All bookings must be made at lease 28 days prior to hire date.

2, For all bookings we MUST have recieved a £50 deposit * within 14 days from date of your quotation for hire, to be paid by the hirer in the form of a cheque, All cheques made payable to : E.C.F.B.P SOCIETY.

3, The invoice total, less deposit will be due at the start of the hire on a cash basis.

4, All parking charges/tolls etc will be payable by the hirer these will be included in the quotation.

5, (i) Once you have recieved your quotation for hire, all you need to do is send the yellow copy of the quotation with your cheque for £50.00 to the address at the top left of your quotation, as soon as it's recieved your booking will be completed.

  (ii) On completion of (i), you will recieve your Invoice which will show deposit paid, consent form for photo's to be taken a copy for all persons in the party **, and a quick brochure, and a business card.

6, Please be advised that blue lights and two tones can NOT be put on while travelling on the public highway.

7. Complimentary bottle of bubbly will not be provided if the party is for under 18's.

8, All groups/party's that do not return by the time stated when booking will be charged an extra £20.00 per 30mins over return time this is due before the return journey starts.

9, Final terrm that has to set is to have a good time.......

  * All deposits are non refundable.

  ** Consent forms must be completed for each person in the party/group, this is for photo's to be taken, your photo's will be on the website 7 days after date of hire, all you need to do is go in to the photo shop have a look at the photo's make a note of your frame number(s), then fill out the order form click on submit then send your cheque for the total made payable to : E.C.F.B.PSOCIETY.  Please put your invoice number on the back of the cheque. your photos will be sent out by recorded delivery as soon as your payment is cleared.

  PLEASE MAKE SURE WHEN FILLING OUT THE PHOTO ORDER FORM YOU INCLUDE THE ORDER NUMBER FOR YOUR PHOTO'S, WHICH CAN ONLY BE OBTAINED FROM THE HIRER.

  WITH OUT THE ORDER NUMBER WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROSESS YOUR PHOTO ORDER THIS IS DUE TO DATA PROTECTION & CHILD PROTECTION ACT.

  The only thing we can do is take a contact number for you and foward it on to the hirer were they can contact you, it's then down to the hirer weather they give you the order number or not. If they deside not to disclose the order number then there is nothing more we would be able to do...
